"Due to congestion at Ascot the pick up was delayed as there had been no designated place to meet which made it impossible for us to connect. We did eventually coordinate a meeting place but by then both us and our driver were very frustrated. Bus strikes and road closure made access to Ascot difficult. Both drivers drove well and got us to our destination safe and sound.
